While you are filling your planner full of plans for school lessons and activities, don’t forget to intentionally schedule down times too.  There will be days you and your children will just need to get out and enjoy the sun.  So, instead of bad weather days, try to include “Sun” days, “Fun” days. These days can lead to lots of fun and exploring. It gives your kids a chance to learn about some things outside that just may not be in a textbook. You can read my full   disclosure and privacy policy . Recently, I felt the Lord leading me to teach a homeschool bible lesson on "You Reap What You Sow." Not the usual lesson about "what goes around, comes around".  Not just how you treat other people or what you say about them, but more about what you sow into your heart. What seeds are you sowing in your heart? Photo by Heather We sow seeds into our hearts everyday. Some of those seeds may be godly and some may be worldly. I decided to teach this with an object lesson. The supplies I used:  garden beans seeds (you can use any kind of seed you choose), seed starter kit, water, bible to read the scripture verse Galatians 6:7 NKJV.
